By booking an appointment with Twin Cities Lactation LLC, you agree to the policies below.

APPOINTMENT TYPES & LOCATIONS

(Applies to Lactation Consults, Craniosacral Therapy Sessions, and Other Consults)

In-Home Visits (Consult at your location of choice)

In-Home visits are provided on Mondays (10:00am and 1:00pm) and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Initial Lactation Consult: $300
  • Follow-up Lactation Consult: $250
  • Initial Craniosacral Therapy (CST) Session: $175
  • Follow-up CST Session: $150 

A travel fee applies for visits outside the standard service radius and will be confirmed before billing:

  • 13–18 miles from 55106: $25
  • 18+ miles from 55106: $50

Office Visits (Consult at 1619 Dayton Ave E, Suite 316, Saint Paul, MN 55104)

In-Office visits are provided on Wednesdays (10:00am + 12:00pm) and Fridays (10:00am, 12:00pm, + 2:00pm).

  • Initial Lactation Consult: $250
  • Follow-up Lactation Consult: $200
  • Initial Craniosacral Therapy (CST) Session: $150
  • Follow-up CST Session: $125   

Please email me directly to inquire about availability outside of my above times. Urgent appointments are sometimes available on a first come first serve basis. Urgent appointments are available at an additional fee of $50-100.

CST Packages

Craniosacral Therapy packages are booked by scheduling only the first appointment online. Payment for the entire package is due at time of scheduling the first appointment.

All remaining package sessions will be:

  • Scheduled during your first visit
  • Clearly confirmed and documented in the client portal
  • Packages start at: $250

CST Intensives (Email Scheduling Required)

Craniosacral Therapy Intensives involve multiple sessions over a short period of time and cannot be booked online. Payment for the entire package is due at time of scheduling the first appointment.

  • CST Intensives must be scheduled via email
  • Intensives typically are scheduled on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (in succession). 
  • Any remaining sessions will be scheduled at the first appointment and confirmed in the client portal
  • Availability is limited due to the scheduling structure required
  • Intensives are $700

Sliding scale and pro bono is not available for CST Intensives at this time.

PAYMENT, INSURANCE & SUPERBILLS

Twin Cities Lactation LLC is out-of-network with all insurance companies. All visits are self-pay. Your card will be charged 1–2 hours prior to your appointment. I can provide a superbill after your visit for possible insurance reimbursement. You are also free to download and print your own superbill via the portal after your appointment. Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance company.

*HSA/FSA cards are accepted for lactation and craniosacral therapy services.

SLIDING SCALE, PRO BONO CARE, + EDUCATIONAL CASE OPPORTUNITIES

Sliding scale and limited pro bono care may be available for lactation consults and standard craniosacral therapy sessions, depending on schedule availability.

You will not be turned away solely due to inability to pay; however, availability is not guaranteed. *Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.*

Sliding scale and pro bono do not apply to:

  • CST Intensives
  • Same-day or urgent appointments
  • Appointments booked within 24 hours
  • Evening, weekend, or holiday visits

If sliding scale support is needed, please communicate this as early as possible. In some cases, I may be able to fundraise a portion of the visit cost with your consent, but this is not guaranteed and depends on timing and availability.

At times, I seek client cases for teaching or educational purposes, which may include use in presentations or professional education. No materials are ever used without explicit consent.

If you are interested, we can discuss a reduced rate in exchange for:

  • Educational photos or videos
  • Clear documentation and written consent

Participation is always optional and discussed in advance. Do not feel shy to bring it up at your consultation or in the notes section of your appointment request.

Twin Cities Lactation LLC is not a nonprofit or 501(c)(3), and contributions are not tax-deductible. Donations help me continue offering access to care in a sustainable way.

You will be charged 1–2 hours before your appointment start time. If you need sliding scale, pro bono consideration, or would like to pay via another form of payment, please let me know as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the day of your consultation.

*Please note: ALL Lactation Consults include Craniosacral Therapy for the newborn/infant. (CST is not required if the family declines, however, price is not affected.)

Lactation Consults

  • In-home initial lactation consult: $300
  • In-home follow-up lactation consult: $250
  • In-office initial lactation consult: $250
  • In-office follow-up lactation consult: $200

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) – Individual Sessions

  • In-home initial CST session: $175
  • In-home follow-up CST session: $150
  • In-office initial CST session: $150
  • In-office follow-up CST session: $125

CST Packages & Intensives ***CST packages and intensives require payment in full at the time of booking the first appointment to cover all scheduled and future appointments.

  • Newborn CST Package (2 sessions – first two weeks of life): $300 (In Home)/$280 (In Office)
    • Includes one Initial CST Assessment and one follow-up session
  • 3-Session CST Package (newborns, infants, toddlers): $450 (In Home)/$375 (In Office)
    • Includes one Initial CST Assessment and two follow-up sessions
  • 4-Session CST Package (Initial + 3 follow-ups): $575 (In Home)/$450 (In Office)
  • 5-Session CST Package (Initial + 4 follow-ups): $700 (In Home)/$600 (In Office)
  • CST Intensive Package: $700

Additional Fees

  • Travel fee: $25–50
    • 13–18 miles from 55106: $25
    • 18+ miles from 55106: $50
  • Multiples (lactation): $50 per additional infant
  • Multiples / additional children (CST only): $25 per additional infant/child
  • Urgent appointment fee (within 24 hours, evening/night, weekends, holidays): $50–100
  • Late cancellation (under 18 hours without rescheduling): $75
  • No call / no show: Full amount of service
